Albino alligator breeders?

I'm just curious if anyone knows of alligator breeders who have albinos available on any sort of consistency... just a mild curiosity. I'm making plans for my current one's more permanent enclosure space and the idea just kindof popped into my head... not that I'd likely be able to afford one for whatever ridiculous price they're going for... but it is an idea and it'd be kinda cool.

... not that I'd buy one... at least not any time soon :D
 
there is some being worked on i believe but they arnt produced regularly. and they are expensive. last one i saw was 30k. They are very expensive.
 
The same Farms produce them and Leucistics every year, from both wild Eggs and captive animals.........

They aren't produced by specific pairings, but obviously some of the animals on the Farms are Hets............
 
Not that I know of. I just don't think that anyone can actually afford 2. And if they could, it would take some time for them to mature and start producing regularly.
 
Albinosunlimited did do it just this past year.... first captive bed as toki said
I am sure they are WAY expensive though....
I know when Graziani had some a few years back they were $650 per inch.... So even a 6 inch hatchling would have been $3900.... and he didn't have any hatchlings

the colors on that albino is insane!! wonder what its going for........
 
I never even heard if they where actually for sale... i figure their was probably enough close friends that got first dibs that the rest of the public didn't even get a chance lol
There was a post on the BLBC about it though so will double check that to see if there was any more info there


nope, it was posted by albinos unlimited but they never came back and posted again to all the responses.
