albino asian red tail????

I was at a local lfs today and seen these fish there and was wondering if this is the same as the regular asian redtail cat?
they were only about 2" in length and priced at 8.99$!
now i know i seen these albino rtc. for 1000$ or more some places on the net which is why i want to know if this is a diiferent type of asian rtc?

i didn't get any pics.

the label on the tank said "albino asian redtail".
it must be a mistake because there is like 9 or 10 in there!!
it's an albino something.LOL
there definitely catfish of some sort.there only about 1-2" maybe.
i will go tomorrow night and inguire further and try to get some pics.

that's not the true asian redtailed catfish, which is Hemibagrus wyckioides.

the fish pictured is Hemibagrus nemurus, which if mass bred in farms which is why the albino variant is available.
