Albino bichir seems restless

Hello, I've had this albino bichir for a month
2 days ago I did a 90% water change and since then it seems restless isn't really eating much

Do you have a filter in the aquarium?
Do you add dechlorinator to your new water during the water change?

Yes I do have a filter
I didn't add any dechlorinator since the water I added was underground water that isn't chlorinated

Also I feel that its fine are redder

Yea it usually hides behind the filter
Anyway it seems to have settled down a bit now and the redness on fins decreased too

A few more spots can help give it options. Since it looks like a qt, pvc pipes are a good, easy to clean option.
