It depends...
In general, there are some plecos that don't mind other plecos like bristlenose. Those plecos that are very territorial may have a problem with the bristlenose, especially if there isn't enough hiding places. Also, if the tank is too small, that may lead to more aggression. Some of these territorial plecos may be aggressive to your bristlenoes if they're the same size, since it may see it as a threat; if the other pleco is a very different size, they should get along. Ironically, I've read on the MFK forum about how their larger aggressive plecos hide all day while the small bristlenose is out and about during the day.
So how large is your tank? What are the other tankmates? Do you have any decorations/hiding places? That info may help with recommendations on other plecos.
I'll defer to others on the forum on bristlenose compatibility as I don't have a bristlenose (I have L264, L204, L52 and L007 cohabiting one tank; L114 in another).
