anyone have an idea how big they will get in a 180 gallon?

i was going to put plants in the tank but i don't think the tank is big enough for plants and keeping plants is a pain in the ***.

and also, does anyone know how to sex them and how should i go about training them to eat some frozen foods?

thanks guys.

hey,

Given the right conditions they can grow up to 35". I think a 180 is good for it. You could try starving it for a week until it accepts the frozen food. OR you could train it, for examlpe everytime you feed it you wave or click your hands in front of the tank, and soon enuff it'll think whatever you put in there is foooooooooood.

I didn't hve to train mine. Had it since 2.5 inches and it eats EVERYTHING. Live fish, fresh fish, frozen fish, frozen prawns, frozen mussels, cichlid pellets, sinking catfish pellets, absolutely everything.

OH except river shrimp.
