i picked up a 4" channel today from the pond store.he is in one of the outdoor ponds with a red ear slider for the summer.

sweet man, got any pictures?? I want a channel someday bullheads are sweet, I don't know where to get them... do fish bait stores sell them perhaps?
i detect sarcasm.just excited.been wanting one for awhile. this is the first time ive seen them in town for about 15 years.ill try get a pic up soon
I don't think so. They may sell bass babies, live shrimp/crayfish, shiners, fathead minnows but that' usually it. In Ohio, you can catch plenty of your own. Just quarantine and de-worm etc. before combining with any other fish.
the fish stores around here are lame.i dont get it fargo, moorhead is 200,000 people the best we can get are the box stores. the 3 independent stores bring in fish about twice a year.it sucks.last time i saw a blk pirahna was 8 yeas ago. all we get is the same ol same ol fish.there is no variety.oscars,pacu, tin foil barbs, tetras.koi, our sceen is lame
