I've had nile perch once before, not as good as barra. Probably because it was raised in some cesspool in Tanzania

Be careful with the Chinese perch and bacterial infections. Mine died in a span of 12 hours after a previous addition of a tig to his tank. He started randomly breathing real hard and died so fast I couldn't react.
Just giving you some precautions since I love the albino.
