dose anyone have any pics of a ture albino clown knife? are they really rare?? is there such a thing, or are the closest thing you can get is a gold CK?

sorry, i don't have pic, but yeah they are definitely out there. Bought one a a few months back from LFS for a buddy of mine. Nice fish. about 6-7". Was $49.
I have seen them a couple of other times for sale. and seen pics in Jane Monster Fish Keepers books.
They look WAY better than the gold ones.

wow that fish looks sweet! but 50 bucks? how much do the golds go for? and are they a type of albino??
i considered 50 bucks is cheap for the albino version...
compared to other 'unique' version such as snow arowana or golden gar which can go hundredth times regular prices..

depends on where ya get the albino knife from bro.. in my country s'poer its avail for like $15.. yep.. =)
no, golds are just a color variation, like a yellow vs. a chocolate lab. there aren't really "types" of albino. albino means no pigments at all, hence no spots either.
So far I've seen Albino C. Notopterus (Bronze Knife) and Albino C. Lopis (Mekong Knife) or C. Ornate (Clown Knife) for sale. The Notopterus was going for $25 and the C. Lopis or C. Ornate was going for $20. I would get one, but I have no room
