albino clarius how rare?

LFS has an albino clarius cat for a real good price ($30) and it's a good 6". Guy says it's really rare to find an albino clarius, but I think he's BSing to make the sale.. I know they're illegal in most states, but is anyone seeing these fish around?

common, and shouldn't worth more than $15

A store near me has 30 or so albino clarius at $4.99 each
