albino convict .. ?

my aunt just gave me a few convicts for my new tank and the smallest one is pure white ...is this common ? ...how rare is this?......i will post a pic as soon as i figure out how to.......

maybe it's just a really young pink. they kinda look white when they're really small still.

his? eyes are black and he does have a slight pink tint to him .... im not familiar with the breed thats why i asked about the albino thing ...obviously! ....
