Albino dantum angel fish sick

Today I bought 6 albino dantum angel fish they are in a a tub for treatment I am treating with flagyl ( internal parasites) and pimafix they all look fine except one has something wrong with one of its gills can someone identify what is up with it and how to treat it.

It doesn’t look exactly curled it looks like the gill cover is not covering part of the action gill under it, and these are hybrids between altum and scalare anglefish they are called dantum angels these are the albinos too, what diseases are u suspecting

Gill curl or gill flukes. But not sure if this is from breeding.

It’s definitely not from breeding cuz they are still young and what do u recommend for treating gill flukes or gill curl

If it’s gill curl not much except monitor. Will need to cut the gill plate if it turns toward the gills.

For gill flukes prazipro should work.
