Was pickin up a big container of Reptomin today at Petco and decided to look around. Came across an albino electric yellow or red zebra. It is about 1/4 an inch and I can't tell which it is without the characteristic coloring. Are they rare? I got it for $2.99 using my PALS card.:headbang2

Will post pics if it is rare...

Not worth the trouble if it isn't...

i dont know if they are rare but i found an adult albino red zebra at a local fish store and he was a cooooool looking thing. solid white body with bright orange fins and eyes. waited a couple days to long in buying him. went back today and he was gone :(

The albino Pseudotropheus socolofi, and Metriaclima greshakei are fairly common.

A true Albino Labidochromis caeruleus isn't that common. But truly they don't look that different than a normal yellow lab except that they don't have black and there eyes are red.

Note for these fish (ie zebras...) it is much better to use there full name when talking about them.
