Althou I don't like Tiger Oscar at all, just trying to save it from a poor living condition lfs

awww poor little guy Good job at saving him , I have never had an oscar with hole in the head, I knkow its common though is it curable ?

Yeah, it's totally curable. Like obesity, it requires a total change of environment. Nitrates below ten, varied diet, etc.
