I have a 610 gal tank that has been setup a year. Water Parameters are Amm 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 20-40 Temp 78 Ph 8. I noticed he was barely swimming in the corner of the tank. the other fish seem fine. Please see video thank.

Has he been fed goldfish? I often see this in oscars fed goldfish, he might be saved with Epsom salt

He is still alive but not really doing any better. Has never had goldfish but we feed fresh lake fish that has been frozen. He has had 3 Epsom salt baths. I wish I knew what to do to help him he is trying so hard to live

Hi, I'm not sure of you still have him or not but if you do I have a few questions.

#1. In the video, was that his tank or did you move him to a smaller bucket for treatment?

#2. How often do you change his water, and how much do you change?

#3. Does he share the 610 with any other fish? If so what else is in there with him?

Assuming you still have him preform a large water change, take out and replace at least 350 gallons of his water, better if you can change 450+. Do this every day or every other day until you see an improvement, everyday is better.

Good luck.

He was in a bucket getting an Epsom salt bath it was easier to get a video of him that way. There are 5 other Oscar a sting ray 1 black goast knife 1 arowana and a pleco. Also 4-5 tetras I bought 15 a year ago figure as the fish grow they would eat them but apparently my aggressive tank isn't very aggressive. The tank changes 40 gallon a day auto change. The water parameters are perfect and no one else is sick.

sorry he doesnt look good. When did he stop eating? Any chance he could have a gravel foreign body in his intestines?
