Albino Oscar eyes question help!

Hi all, please look at the photos attached
I just found My Oscar has a little pop on the top of the left side of the eye
Anyone know what is this ??
Just check the water condition, but everthijng is fine 0 ammonia 0 Nitrie 20 Nitrate PH 7.5
please advise !!!
Tank mates are peaceful together no aggression happen

Did it appear overnight? Maybe one of the the clown loaches spiked that part of its eye when the Oscar got too close.

Looks like Lymphocystis to me. A non lethal viral growth. Clean water and good nutrition usually allows the fish to heal up on its own. Nice looking set up.

So should I do a big water change now
I normally do 50% every time , they used to it
Will that heel naturally ??

IMO, one 50% WC a week only. If the problem is in fact Lymphocystis, it's more or less a fish cold sore and has to run its course.
