almost looks like hole in the head, weird its on the side. check your water parameters with a test kit, that might help other people give you advice

That is where the problem could have came from. Temperature fluctuations can stress out any fish causing them to succumb to many diseases. Here's my advice.

Get a heater. Do a 50% water change. Add Aquarium salt. What are your parameters? Tank size?

This is Tiger Red oscar... all albino and other similar oscars will change the colour from yellow to almost pearl red depending on the PH and other water conditions... I have two of them....

yes. its like creating a hole.. and when it breathes it looks like a bubble :/
