Albino Oscar Lighting Problem

Hi, i was wondering could you tell me what its called and where would i find a new ~~heatshield??~~ you know... to go above the strip bulb to avoid the plastic lid getting too hot. i dont know if im looking for the wrong thing, using the wrong search word or something but i am yet to find one anywhere, my albino oscar is a gorgeous fish but i dont want to use the light for fear of melting the lid. thanks for any help
