U.K.
i have 3 lemon-fins in my 180 and have been offered 2 albino red tail tinfoil barbs in need of a new home, would they be ok in here with these big guys, and would it over stock the tank? the filtration on this tank is 2 fluval 4+ canisters, and a rena xp4 external filter. no live plants as the lemon-fins eat them all in minutes of adding them :irked: but there are some fake ones and driftwood too. any opinions welcome :)

ok no problem, will give them a miss then. pity though, they are so pretty, guess il just stick with my 3 big guys. thanks.

if thats all you have in your tank..... I would think they would be fine, just make sure the drifwood isn't taking up too much space.

I would pass. You could fit in a fire or TT eel and that would look really good!

Go for the TT eel!

no i dont much see the point, i like fish that are out all the time and a friend of ours had one and it only ever appeared at food times, tho was cool coz it stuck its head out of the water to eat from a bowl like a dog! its ok, i have my 3 lemons and the single rainbow shark in there. thanks for all the opinions tho.

700th post!!
I wish i could keep platypodes as pets... :(
