Albino Royal Farlowella

Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone has heard of Albino Royal Farlowella's being available? I believe they might be breeding for the Florida Fish Farmers.

Any info, availability or price is appreciated.

To be honest, I have no idea. None of the local farmers that we deal with breed those specific fish. Im sure a smaller farm or two might mess around with them a bit. I mean, if I asked around I could find some im sure....but I wouldnt expect a readily available supply.

Albinism is not something you often see with plecos though and I have never known a farlowella with albinism trait at all.

They are actually on wholesaler's list (if you're in the industry), and even though I am----I'm on the dry goods side, so don't know if it will fly. Will try to post a photo.

Sorry to rain on the parade but thats not a farlowella..
