no they dont eat feeders, plus feeders are bad for fish ( unless you breed them yourself? ) and is MP, massivore pellets? if so, they should eat those.

My experience with tinfoil barbs is that they will tear up anything that hits the surface. Pellets, flakes, feeder fish, fingers, cats, dogs, small children, garbage, dead bodies, whatever. They're swimming garbage disposals! lol

They will eat feeders given every chance but will leave them alone if they are active and strong. That said, yes, they will eat dead and weak feeders. I don't doubt they will hesitate to eat dead bodies or small children. They eat everything. They are a schooling miniaturized giant gouramis.

my 8" one today tried to eat a dead goldfish and spat it back out. they are not carnivores and do not feed on fish. they do however eat carnivore foods like high protein monster foods

The ones I had when I was pellet training my GATF would enthusiastically eat feeders if they were in the tank. Evil little things lol
