albino tinfoil barbs at petsmart

anyone baught these from petsmart and kept them? Did they seem hardy or not, any observations will be appreciated. My petsmart has the regulars, golds with black eyes and albinos with pink eyes.

but make sure you QT the fish you buy from petsmart frist, before you add it to your 300.

they are hardy, just the same as the normal variety...quarantine should be done with fish from any source, not just petsmart and places like that

Pretty much the same as normal tinfoil barbs except a different color check out the petsmart if there a clean petsmart then the fish should be just fine but if its a filthy petsmart with bad water be sure to QT it before introduceing it to a good tank

where i live, pets mart is fine.. i dont see anything wrong with it specially since the majority of my fish i bought there all do fine. might just be the one i go to though

Keep in mind how big tinfoils get.

I would quarantine the fish regardless of how it or the stores looks, you can't detect some parasites from such a short observation.
