Alex=Stand up guy!!!

I had a DOA from Alex a while back. After waiting a few weeks to get a replacement fish with no luck. He refunded me the FULL purchase amount of the fish.
He told me he would send me a check this past Monday, but to my surprise the check came in the mail on Monday!!!

I can't wait to do business with Alex again!!! I could not ask for better customer service from a vendor.
