algae brush

does anybody else use a toilet brush(clean of course) to clean algae ? just bought one today at home depot...seems to be a great $2 alternative to an "algae scrubber"...

I was using a libman brush from HD until I used it and a bunch of the bristles came off, and of course my p.bass tried to eat them. Only used it twice. Never again...

sorry nope use a 3ft algae scrubber. be hard to get behind stuff with a toilet brush.

seemed to work OK on my first go-round yesterday,,, I guess time will tell I MOSTLY Just do front and a little on the sides.. I don't sweat the back at all
