Algae growing on new planted tank

So I have a 40 gallon breeder tank turned into a planted tank. I have had it up for maybe a month now and I am seeing some algae starting to grow on my plant and glass walls. What do I need to do to control this?

What kind of algae is it? Can you post a pic? It my be a cycle your tank is going thru. Could be phosphate, to much light, not the right light etc.

Well my light right now is my plant grow light. It's a 4' 4 bulb t5 ho light with 6500k lights in it.

How long are you leaving them on? How old are the blubs and how many watts?

The bulbs are older but I never truly fully used them. Only did here and there. Watts I can tell you once it cools down. Here are pics of what's going on.

looks to be diatoms very common with new setups will go away with time a lot of fish will eat them.
