Canada... i wish.
hey everyone in one of my eheim cannisters the inlet and outlet tubes have these wierd green spots growing inside of them and iono if thats algae or bacteria :nilly: and i think its the reason why my tank is murky because my other cannister doesnt have it. can any one tell me what this is????

Sounds like algae spots. Nothing to worry about.

it happens, perfect spot for algae growth, plus it never gets cleaned. You can't see through any of my filter tubs any more. No biggie

so its not the reason why my tank is clowdy?

No, it's not the reason.

It is the same on the return lines of my w/d filters. I think it is the slimy gunk that builds up on the inside of filters, pumps ect. If it bothers you a gun cleaning rod and brush dedicated to cleaning the tubes will work just make sure there is no oil on it.

if its not the reason why my water is cloudy then i dont have a problem... its a good thing i didnt order a new set of tubings lol. but yeah thanks everyone
