Algae grows start

How can i make fix green algae? (grown green spot on glass)
Water change? (help little)
Must algae filters?
Add more plants?
Clean each weekly tank glass?
I have 2x Plecos (4 inc) too small in 300 Liter tank?

The green on the glass, I just wipe it off with a sponge. You can get a sponge on a stick cheap. I feel the need to do this once every couple weeks, but I don't have a pleco.
