Hello! I have a 125 gallon stocked with (3) 4 inch oscars, (2) 5 inch balas, A 10 inch RTC, and about a 6 inch TSN and finally a (7) inch gar. I just scrubbed off all my rocks just last week! Now in starting to see more (growth) reappearing. Is this NORMAL for algae growth. Or is there something wrong which I should correct. Thanks

I've heard only 7-10 hrs is necessary. So if you're having algae problems, I would cut down on the light, since right now you are at 12-13 hrs.

cut back feeding, cut back lighting hrs, and get another huge tank ready for that rtc or it'll eat all the rest and still outgrow the tank before you know it.

You shouldnt worry about the oscars bio-load as they'll shortly be turned in a food source. Just cut back 3-4 hours on the lights and try to eliminate any sunlight.
