What type aquatic would you recommend to keep algae maintained in a Neolamprologous Multifiactus colony tank?

Which algae? It is a dark greenish algae. What type of invertebrate or fish would help keep it maintained?

When I kept multis I just let it grow. Its great fry food for the really small fry. You could add some Nerite Snails, but any algae eating fish will be harassed.

Try a full grown bristle nose pleco. They're bristles keep most fish away

I'm not going to say this can't work but in my experience nothing keeps multis away. When I had bristlenose with my multis, they would not let him anywhere near the shell bed. He kept one corner of the tank very clean but was not allowed anywhere else.

Yeah, with the bristlenose pleco, he would have to stay on the glass or no where. The tank is covered in sand and shells.
