I have 75g and 65g freshwater tanks both with Current LED lights that have an infinite range of color/intensity settings. For the hours I'm not at home viewing I'd like a setting that gives the fish light but would be the least algae loving. Right now I dim the lights but wonder what spectrum would be best.

Not a plant guy, but I believe I've read that red and blue were for optimum growth, while green is the least effective
