Anyone know any alge eater that would be good with mbunas? I already have a bristlenose pleco but he's not doing a very good job(getting beat up too much). Anyone know any algea eatinf creature that will fit will in a mbuna cichlid tank?

You will find that plecos, despite being 'armored', will never fare any better in a tank where there are too many territorial disputes. If I were you, I'd simply scrape the algae. Algae can't be that bad if it is not rampant at all. Address the main cause of the algae, not the algae itself.

I have 2 gold chinese algae eaters and 2 bristlenoses in with mine. Can't seem to grow algae though! They doing real well. Don't see the bristlenoses much although when I do they are fine. The chinese algae eaters are always out and about.
