Ok, so I have a few large pieces of driftwood and they need to be cleaned.

What is the best way to clean them?? Do I just need to remove them from the tank to clean??

I know how to stop the algea, but I like to leave the lights on. I switched to LED light stripes, but that only slowed the growth.

Thanks

LOL, I have to do the same I think. My 220 has some algae on the driftwood also. I kinda like it though.. I think....

Put a big pleco in there. I have several tanks and one monster common pleco. Every few months, I rotate him into another tank and he keeps things tidy. Ok, well that might not work if you've got piranha and wolves.

If you get 12 plecos, one of them could be cleaning while the others "distract" the P's!
