Alife FH food any good?

Bought this at a LFS in Houston that has some really nice FH, they say it is all they feed thier fish, I was looking for some Chingmix but looks like I will have to buy some online, is this stuff any good?

this one is really a strong color enhancing pellets, it can make your fish turn to dark color if you don't controll the quantity of pellets to be fed...

so I should not feed it everyday, I've been feeding them as much as they will eat.

i used it as staple for my fh's when i used to own alot of them. never had any problems

OH, btw it is made by Hai Feng, anyone use any of there other FH foods.

yea but then again the key is mixing up their food i mixed cichlid gold alife shrimp krill bloodworms. they came out good

Yea thats exactly what Feed mine also. plus crawfish tails.

Have been feeding it to my fish 2 times a day since I got it plus bloodworms and other frozen foods and my Female is getting a nice head bump forming.
