This morning I turned on my light to my Crested Gecko tank and my smallest female crested was all fired up! I had to grab my camera to get some photos of her awesome coloring. For those of you not familiar with cresteds, they change color depending on their moods, temperature and if they're asleep or not. When she's asleep she's a real washed out tan color like the first photo below. But when she's active she's a gorgeous red coloring. I sure hope her future offspring share this color morph!
