Is it a problem to have the sides and ends on top of the bottom glass sheet
The tank is 7'long 4' wide and 24" tall, 1/2" glass i am also building a aluminum angle top andbottom cap

Your 110 does not have 3/4" glass, unless its antique! 1/2" is fine for your setup!

Most 90/110/120 have 7/16"
