All-Glass heater Malfunction!!!!

I have an all-glass heater with issues!!! My heater has some kind of short--It shocks me when I touch the water. My question is----How do I get a hold of customer support to take care of this? The all-glass website sucks.. Should I just call it a loss? I've looked on-line and come-up short..lol..

Any info will be greatly appreciated,

Get that thing out of the tank and in the garbage. Cut your losses, and get a decent heater.

It's out--been out..lol.. I did just that "cut my losses".. My main concern is to let all-glass know that their heaters are prone to shorting out(they prob already know), and to let others know that they need to be careful-or avoid this brand of heater.
