All male mbuna?

Is it possible to keep an all male mbuna tank? If so what is the ratio of males to keep, or would it be one male per species? It's a 55 gallon, soon to be 100 gallon. But plan it out for a 55. Any info would be great.

you could do a male mbuna tank but dont put johanni, or auratus in there cause they are know to be aggressive to the extreme, but there are cases where they were placed in with established fish and never fought.

in a 55 i would do no more then 15-18 male mbuna, which ones were you looking at getting?

Well I've already got the tank going, just tired of the breeding and endless supply of fry. I've got red zebra yellow labs you name it lol. I want to weed them out and just keep the males.
