This is my future shrimp tanks which are cycling now. A crayfish tank and a vampire tank underneath.

Your tanks look great. What kind of Vampires are you talking about?
 
Nice crays man. I have been debateing on starting a new cray tank with asian tiger lobsters. The whole not needing a heater thing combined with thier colors is calling me

With enough mechanical filtration and biological filtration in each tank, we can achieve this easily. Weekly water change do help a lot as well.

From the photos, it looks like you put a lot of effort into keeping everything within your tanks clean: substrate; rocks; woods; glass; equipments; live plants. Filtration and water change will keep the water clear and healthy, but all the other things mentioned, involves meticulousness to keep clean and immaculate.
