why go through the trouble of stuffing the smelt? i would recommend mixing the diet up as much as possible. the diversity will keep your fish happy. and make sure all your food is natural and has no disinfectant or pesticides.
mixxing in shrimp krill smelt n even salmon... dont ask had a few peace left over lol. I got him eating everything that drops into that tank... even took a alge waffer last night.
