Alligator Feeding Vids

On my trip to florida my main goal was to do some fishing, but due to this pesky gator, he would scare everything off so we had to walk to the other end of the pond catch a catfish or something we didnt care about feeding (No bass were harmed) and bring it back, this gator was either really smart or just did not mind humans b/c he would come literally 3 feet away and just sit there, so we ended up feeding him every morning and night b/c he wouldnt leave until we did but judging by the look of him on the first night and the last night i think that was one of the easiest weeks of his life 2 large meals a day literally handed to him.

My cousin and my dad just could not understand the concept of video making (Quite while Recording) i think they talked through every vid i took.

Haha ya i know it was kinda shaky, i have a really small/thin camera and is hard to keep steady.

Man, I have to agree. I know nothing about gators, but common sense tells me that either the gator or a human is going to get hurt in the aftermath of this. Aligators just seem like dinosaurs to me, by saying that let me explain. From what I've seen they have only one thing on their mind, food. If you feed something in the wild that has the capability of killing a human being, you are, in my opinion, asking for trouble.

Hopefully, the gator didn't develope any bad habits during that short of a period of time. However, it may have lost some of its fear of humans, which may bring another person into danger later on.

Who knows? Somebody might start a relationship with it, teach it some tricks, and get to be on Letterman !
