saw a few in lfs a couple of weeks ago and want to no more... so if anyone in the know feels obliged, id like to no max size, tankmate suitability and diet of theses fish... thanks!

max size up to 10 feet, most likely up to 6-7 in home aquarium,
eat mostly fishes, but can be trained to take pellets and other prapaired foods.
ideal tank size would be something along the line of 10-12' long by 4-6' wide
they can reach up to three feet in there first year!

ok i heard of fast growing but, dam... oh well think it's maybe one for the future wish list if i ever do a huge pond...

and they grow fast, as if there is no tomorrow.....go for Florida's or spotteds, IMO ( I have Gators and in a while will have to transfer them .... )
