I know it takes painful amounts of time for gar to grow, but how long does it take them to sexually mature? I am aware of the breeding process, but I wasn't sure what induced breeding in the first place. I see alot of platinums, and I know most platinum monster fish came up from rapid inbreeding through hormones, so does that have something to do with it?
