I've dealt with the company before a few times, not the biggest fan but I haven't gotten anything bad enough to actually complain about. No doa's I've had reasonable conversations with the owner, Steve, before, the prices are about right, and the shipping is.... eh. If I was you I'd just contact Steve by email and see if you can get an upgraded shipping to maybe fed ex or something. I got the $20 usps shipping without realizing it was usps and it came a day late which caused some slight problems. If I buy from them again I'm getting the $35 priority overnight shipping or asking him to use fedex or ups.

Flat rate shipping: $19.99
Single Fish (4" or less): $14.99
Priority overnight shipping (Best for Bass, Stingray & Arowana): $35.00
Sorry, I forgot one thing. I ordered a juvenile retropinnis bichir from them for what I thought was a great deal but it turned out to be a butt bichir so think what you will.
