Just received this little Monster-to-be.

Thanks guys. My buddy received it for me (actually it's still at his house!) as I was out of town this week. He nicknamed it Captain Awesome. I'll be picking up the Captain today. Cannot wait.

a friend of mine and member on here YAMA has one its put on almost 2ft. in less than a year he got his in his indoor cichlid pond and the thing is a beast a almost 2.5ft. long and AGGRESSIVE not just predatory his is eating fish fillets, pellets, and live of course

Whoa! 2 feet in less than 1 year?! Sweet. I'd be curious to pick his brain a little bit. Maybe I'll PM him. Thanks!
 
yeah he will be 2ft in about a year. 2.5 in 2 years. and slowly grow from there.
