So here is my alligator snapper set up. The tank itself is 18x18x24. It is stocked with water lettuce, duck weed, hornwort, and bladderwort. Plus Gambusia and feeder guppies. In the pots there are several different species of sundew and a cat tail, the peat moss mix that they are planted in helps to keep the water acidic. And I have some red mangroves rooting in the tank before they get moved to another location.

Eat him.

Haha Just messing with you. Thanks by the way. Ive got plenty of interim tanks that will work standing empty for him until he's about 8-10" carapace length then he can graduate to live stock tubs.

Awesome set up and great little guy.

wow what a great buffet he's going to love eating all those plants . I mostly give my guy water lettuce and roman lettuce to graze on now . it was way to costly to give him aquarium plants he did even eat plastic plants when I gave up replacing the live ones.
