Allow me to introduce Big Moe

Big Moe has been passed around from owner to owner. I'm the third owner in the past 4 months. Big guy doesn't know how to play nice in a tank with other large fish. He's just misunderstood. He measured out to 13 inches. This is my first Midas, and would like to know what foods not to feed him. Thanks.
oh man he is beastly! i would feed him whatever you feed your other cichlids and if you want to shake things up abit i would also ad Shrimp, earthworms and other little bugs into his diet but the main thing should always be a good quality pellet

good luck with him and you should post more pics of himMidas are fairly simple to look after. keep the water clean and changed weekly if not twice weekly. Feeding wise a high quality pellet, cockle, muscle, earth worms, prawns normal big cichlid fair.
I woulnd bother trying to keep him with any other fish as he wont like them and will probably kill them, you know this already if he has hada few owners

Dont feed him crap food and feeders. Other than that he will gladly gobble up pellets, frozen foods, worms, crickets, ect
