Nice size tank, what did you use to seal? Only concern I see is the 2x4 band across top is run vertical so even with you braces it will bow especially the 3 foot sides. As long as the lining is flexible it will be okay but may crack in the seams and eventually leak. Keep close eye on when filling and use a straight edge to gauge flex during water testing. You may have to reinforce.

I used epoxy. Even with the brace down thr middle of the sides you think I might still have an issue?

Here is my garage tank, it is 750 gallons 15 feet long 36" front to back and 30" deep but water is actually only 28" deep. You can see across the top I ran triple 2x4s with 4 across top of windows. Each side is just over 7 feet long and with all that bracing once full the front still bowed around 1/4". With a 2x4 ran like you have it does not lend much support against bowing. You can stiffen it up using more angle iron ran along the length of the 2x4s if space is an issue or you can get more 2x4s. Your tank is going to flex no matter what, it is just a matter of how much. Epoxy paint is flexible so you are probably okay there but the front window I am worried will never seal.

I can understand the worry over the pressure on the side. But I'm sure the glass will seal it fits on the inside of the front of the tank which I am sealing and attaching with silicone.

I hope it works for you, I have never done a plywood with glass front as I have only used acrylic. I would just recommend a thorough water test over a couple of days even a week. I let mine run a week before fish because I was worried about leaks.
