Ok, the other Iggy I have while I was out today some how managed to get the tip of his tail wrapped around a vine and in the process it lose circulation and is now very very dry. I am assuming it is now dead and my question is, should I clip it off or wait for it to just fall off and what are the chances of the tip growing back since it is a baby Iguana?

I would say wait, and let nature take its course. I would also say that there is a good chance it could grow back, but I'm not sure about iguanas.

Yeah that is thing, I am not sure if they regenerate or not

Yes they regenerate, if it's just the tip it shouldn't cause any real problems, if it was a substantial length of the tail that needs to comes off, helping it alone may be a good thing and you will need to make sure it is getting extra food and calcium since it will be putting more energy into regenerating its tail

Here is a pic of damage.

Not that I am aware of, he eats fine and is active, but I just got him and he hasn't seen a vet let.
