Alternative Red Sea Skimmer?

My budget is 60$. Will this work for the red sea max 130? http://www.aquatraders.com/Odyssea-PS-50-Protein-Skimmer-p/43010.htm The current built in skimmer is a piece of crap.

I already know of the tunze 9002 too expensive.

I change my mind I think the tunze 9002 is really what I should get. I did more research and it seems the skimmer is the most important piece of the system since it keeps the water in check so why go cheap their? It just wouldn't make sense to do it that way...

Why is the Red sea skimmer a piece of crap - could just be a gph or 02 issue as skimmers by design are simple.
