Those are "peruvian" Altums, not true altum angels. Basically a wild caught scalare - really nice fish though. Altums are not usually available year-round. There is a certain time of year that they are collected and available. More knowledgeable Altum owners can better answer you.
Discus Origins imports altums and I've seen Jeff Rapps have them from time-to-time. You could message Mark with Discus Origins for an idea on availability.

i have a group of 9 that are fully quarantined but it will be local pick up only in MN. after several years tried and failed, I learned that it a lot easier to qt smaller size thiab large size and your best chance is next year collection.
