So after much thought I decided to remove the frontosa and just turn this back into an Altum Tank. Pulled out a lot of the rocks and the driftwood piece that was on the left to give them more swimming space since their growing really well. I planted a lot more of the hygrophila corymbosa to make it feel more natural for them.

Nice tank

Very attractive tank.
Agree with Dan, looks better without the frontosa.
Altums are stunners.

I agree. The fronts never bothered the altums but with the frontosa and their non stop moving around the sand my rock work kept falling over. I didn't want a rock to fall and crack the aquarium.

Think I'm just gonna leave it like it is. I have 3 wild pterophyllum santa isabel that use to be with this group but I think I'll keep them out.
